We LOVE knitting top down raglan pullovers and we think you will love them too! Let Melissa guide you through the sweater creating process in this three session class. Class will meet for two hours every other week to give you time to work up to the next "tech area" of your pullover between sessions. You will need 6-10 skeins of DK, worsted or bulky weight yarn depending on the size you wish to make along with needles to get gauge (16" & 32" circs for the body and the same length needles in a size or two smaller for cuffs, neckband & hem). Materials can be purchased from Lovelyarns with your 10% class discount. Yarn must be ordered at least 14 DAYS before class begins to ensure that your supplies arrive on time. We will create a personalized sweater pattern for you based on YOUR measurements and YOUR gauge! Homework: Make a 6-8inch swatch in stockinette with a needle that gives you a fabric that you like. DO NOT knit a garter stitch edge and instead of binding off your swatch, just slip the stitches onto a length of waste yarn. Bring in a top that fits you the way you want your newly knit sweater to fit you. We will use these measurements to determine the desired measurements for your sweater.
